Welcome

ANIMAL MOCA-UP is a working group that brings together researchers from different disciplines with the aim of employing animal telemetry in monitoring the Canary Current and the Upwelling System. 


To this aim, we combine telemetry  with in situ measurements from different platforms, remotely sensed and model data.

International Scope

ANIMAL MOCA-UP not only investigates in the Canary Current and the Upwelling System but also also works collaboratively with international colleagues in other regions of the world's ocean.
